  Scarmon was my doctor. He was drug crazed and trafficked in drugs, raped me after knocking me out with what he claimed was a flu shot. IT WAS VIOLENT. the police protect him cause it also involves a bribed building inspector and the whole city hides this corruption of the rule of law.
  
  Lincoln is a RAPE FRIENDLY TOWN, just ask the cops or Mayor Joiner who i told about this and was ignored. he thinks it's ok for the cops to ignore my reports of rape and to lie and hide that i even reported it. but that's Lincoln, a stinking lousy place to live or get medical care.
